Banjaar Tola Tented Camp
Banjaar Tola Tented Camp, adjacent to Kanha National Park, is a gorgeous safari camp set along the Banjaar River. Tranquil river views are featured from each of the 18 tented suites. The camp is actually split into two camps, with 9 tents each, that share a lodge pool. This split helps the camp feel much more intimate. Tents have canvas walls and a roof that is stretched into contemporary geometric shapes. Large glass doors help welcome the environment into your comfortable and spacious suite.
This camp is all about relaxation. Between game drives, there are fewer activities on offer here, but we find that time passes seamlessly when you spend your afternoons relaxing by the pool or reading on your floating verandah that overlooks the river. The birds and other animals that come to the water’s edge will also keep you entertained.
Kanha National Park is a year-round destination, but keep in mind that March through May can get very hot.
