La Casona is an upmarket ranch, approximately ten-minutes’ walk from the center of Trinidad. The entrance is marked by a brightly painted front gate which opens to a private hotel, stables and agricultural land with spectacular views across to the Escambray Mountains. La Casona is referred to as La Empresa (The Enterprise) in the historical documents of the city. It’s privileged location between the village of Trinidad and the Santa Rosa valley provides a unique experience set within beautiful scenery.

Local produce is grown here, and there is an outside BBQ-grill and café area where you can sample their home-grown delicacies from the vegetable patch, as well as fresh lobster or the special of the day.
