Little Makalolo

Little Makololo is a classic safari camp located in central Hwange National Park that is great for families and couples alike. The camp consists of only 6 traditional style safari tents (including a family unit) with en-suite bathrooms and indoor and outdoor showers. The décor is simple yet polished. Teak walkways connect the tents to the main lounge and dining areas and the fire pit where guests gather for sundowners and to recap their days on safari.

Activities at Little Makololo include game drives in Hwange, night drives, walking safaris, and visits to the nearby Ngamo school. If you prefer to relax at the camp, there’s a lovely pool to cool off in during the heat of the day and a log pile hide that overlooks the camp’s active waterhole where resident elephant will come to drink.
