Mount Nelson Hotel
Mount Nelson Hotel, The Mount Nelson is a historic property in a great central location in Cape Town at the base of Table Mountain, with easy access to the city, beaches and Kirstenbosch Gardens. With 200 rooms the Mount Nelson is definitely a larger property than others we use in Cape Town. That said the rooms are nice, we particularly like the Garden Wing rooms, and the common areas, grounds and gardens are lovely. If you are interested in a historic, traditional property or staying in the heart of Cape Town, walking distance from bustling Kloof Street versus on the V&A waterfront then the Mount Nelson is a great option.
