Mountain Gorilla View
Gorilla Mountain View Lodge is located in Rwanda‘s Volcanoes National Park, making it a convenient base for gorilla trekking. The public areas are basic, and the 30 individual guest cottages with large, simply-furnished rooms are a bit mundane. The food and service have made vast improvements in recent years, but we are still reluctant to place total confidence in this lodge. But on the plus side, it is an affordable lodge with stunning gardens and wonderful views of the surrounding volcanoes. If gorilla tracking is a priority for you and the permit fee has put a dent in your overall budget, Gorilla Mountain View is an affordable option. View it as a place to sleep while you check seeing mountain gorillas off your bucket list!
