About This Accommodation

Equal parts exotic and luxurious, Saruni Wild is a remote oasis amid the Mara North Conservancy, which borders Kenya’s renowned Masai Mara. With only three tents, Saruni Wild is an intimate and bespoke experience. Each tent features a spacious bedroom, en-suite facilities, including hot water, and outdoor verandahs (perfect for lounging and soaking in the sunset over the savannah).

This camp is all about location, location, location. Surrounded by tens of thousands of acres of untouched African wilderness, travelers can experience the best of the Mara ecosystem in the complete privacy that this amazing area was meant to be seen. Saruni Wild is a remote adventure.

During the cooler hours of the early morning and late afternoon, explore the pristine natural environs on Maasai-led bush walks or spot wildlife on the traditional day/night game drives. During the midday heat, relax in the tent or on the expansive verandah. Each evening, enjoy shared meals with safari companions under the African night sky. A specially prepared bush meal on the riverbank is an experience you will not soon forget. Other incredible experiences include participating in rhino conservation efforts at the nearby sanctuary and the Maasai Warrior Academy to learn bush skills, folklore and ancient wisdom of the Maasai.

What Our Clients Think

The viewing was so compact that we never had to travel far - saw an amazing river crossing, baby lions, cats feeding, leopards and cheetahs and lots of hippos. The game even came right up to camp and we could hear the animals very close at night including lions."
