Qorokwe Camp
Qorokwe Camp, is situated in the southeastern area of Botswana’s Okavango Delta, bordering the renowned Moremi Game Reserve – known for jaw-dropping wildlife in a stunning setting. It truly is a very productive and game-rich area. Qorokwe sits within its own private concession of over 64,000 acres, opening up a greater variety of guest activities. Day and night game drives are a staple, but activities like mokoro and bush walks are also available depending on seasonal weather.
The camp is sleek – almost industrial-chic – so don’t expect a traditional bush camp experience. That said, we liked the modern look, and Qorokwe doesn’t skimp on luxury. It consists of eight tented suites and a family suite, all with indoor/outdoor showers. The camp’s main area with infinity pool offers expansive views over the lagoon, and raised wooden platforms connect the dining, lounge, bar, and library areas.
