About This Accommodation

Situated in the Okavango Delta on the wildlife-rich Chief’s Island in the Moremi Reserve, this camp is based on permanent waterways and offers terrific year-round game viewing.

Being in a national park, there are no night drives. However, visitors may continue their viewing from the camp’s communal decks while enjoying quality meals and excellent wines. Large, luxurious rooms situated in pretty woodlands have indoor and outdoor showers and private game viewing decks.

Chief’s Camp is in a similar area and similiarly priced to Mombo Camp, one of our favorite properties in the Delta. Chief's is abolutely luxurious, in a great area and it is good value for money in the off season (January through March), we are just not sure it quite lives up to its price point in the peak season.
