About This Accommodation
The Selinda Adventure Trail is a true African adventure. Travelers immerse themselves in the Botswana wilderness, journeying through the bush by canoe and on foot. For four nights and five days the Selinda Adventure Trail takes travelers on deep into the islands and lagoons of the Selinda Spillway. It is an area that cannot be accessed any other way and is known for buffalo, elephant and wild dog.
Days are spent paddling gently along the Spillway; stopping regularly for breaks and walks to explore the banks. Nights are spent in makeshift fly camps consisting of two-person dome tents, set up each day by camp staff. Each canoe has two guests, their bedrolls and bags. Guests should be active and strong enough to paddle their own canoes but no previous experience is necessary.
